New Business Alert: Mod Cafe in Palm Springs

PALM SPRINGS, CA – Palm Springs’ newest eatery, Mod Cafe, will mark its Grand Opening with a festive celebration on Saturday, April 8 from 5 p.m. TO 8 p.m. at the Corridor Courtyard, Palm Springs’ popular gathering spot on Alejo Road and N. Palm Canyon Drive.

Mod Café will specialize in fresh and inventive organic, vegan, and gluten-free cuisine and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Their hours are:

• Monday and Tuesday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Mod Café, located across the breezeway from Koffi, occupies a reimagined and newly-designed space previously occupied by Café Europa. Mod Café’s grand opening coincides with the 10th Anniversary celebration of Just Fabulous also located at the Corridor.

The community celebration features live music by The Gand Band, giveaways and prizes for the best vintage Rat Pack attire, refreshments provided by Mod Café. Bella da Ball will be the event emcee.
