Palm Springs Drops Face Mask Mandate At Large Outdoor Events
The relaxation applies to non-ticketed events, according to the city.
PALM SPRINGS, CA — Face coverings will no longer be required at large non-ticketed outdoor events in Palm Springs, city officials announced Wednesday.
The Palm Springs City Council voted last Thursday to lift the requirement, and the city on Wednesday circulated a list of various events that will be affected.
Large non-ticketed events cited by the city included the upcoming Greater Palm Springs Pride Parade, the annual Veterans Day Parade and the Festival of Lights Parade.
