'Like A Rolling Stone', Bob Dylan Announces Riverside County Concert
Dylan has been an important fixture and influence in the music world since the early 1960s.

PALM DESERT, CA — At 84 years old, singer-songwriter Bob Dylan is still bringing his singular sound to fans, including those in Riverside County.
At 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, the iconic and reclusive musician will perform with Lucinda Williams and The John Doe Folk Trio at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert.
Ticket presales begin at 10 a.m. Pacific on Thursday, March 26. General public tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, March 27. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.

Dylan has been an important fixture and influence in the music world since the early 1960s. Beyond his renowned voice, his mastery includes guitar, harmonica, and keyboards.
His accolades are many: an Academy Award in 2001 for Best Original Song/ "Thing Have Changed" from the film "Wonder Boys," 10 Grammy Awards, induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1982, a Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2012, Kennedy Center Honors in 1997, the 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature, and a Pulitzer Prize special citation in 2008.

With all that, Dylan has remained elusive and has avoided attention outside of his music. Concert organizers said, "He has never gotten by on sentimentality or nostalgia. He has never repeated his successes. Dylan has always pushed his work ahead."
