ShortFest Forum Programs, Jurors Announced For Upcoming Film Festival
The 2026 forum programs will be titled "Ask Me Anything: Festivals," "Pitch Perfect: a Masterclass," "You, Me and the AI We Know" and more.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — The Palm Springs International ShortFest Tuesday announced the forum programs and participants for this month's annual festival.
The forum will be held at the Hilton Palm Springs and will feature industry professionals and filmmakers discussing numerous topics in the film industry.
This year's forum programs will be titled "Ask Me Anything: Festivals," "Pitch Perfect: a Masterclass," "You, Me and the AI We Know," "Producers on Producing" and "You've Made a Short... Now What?"

Some panels and discussions will be exclusively for filmmakers, organizers said.
The lineup of jurors was also announced Tuesday for all categories, including the "Best of the Festival Award," "Best Animated Short" and "Best International Short."

The jurors include director Gus Van Sant, writer, director and producer Dana Ledoux Miller, producer Kayla Foster, Wilson Chapman, animation editor at Indie Wire, Irene Suico Soriano, short film programmer at the Sundance Film Festival, and Steven Snyder, producer at Cinega Films.

The 32nd annual ShortFest will take place June 23-29 at Festival Theaters.
