Trammell Evans, Last Seen Solo Hiking In Joshua Tree, Has Been Missing Since April 30
The search for the 6-foot 3-inch hiker, Trammell Evans, 25, began Friday when he did not make contact after his solo Joshua Tree hike.

JOSHUA TREE, CA — Joshua Tree National Park rangers are seeking Trammell Evans, last seen at the Black Rock Campground on April 30, according to that agency.
"He is described as a white male, 6-foot 3-inches, 190 pounds with brown eyes and brown/red hair, and facial hair," they said. "He was last seen wearing a silver/light grey sun hoodie, black puffy vest, blue shorts, blue shoes, black backpack, and a dark green beanie."
The search for Evans began when he did not check in after his expected completion date of Friday, May 5, according to the National Park Service. He is an experienced hiker, according to reports.

Park rangers have asked anyone who may have seen or talked to him to call 909-383-5652.
A missing person investigation is underway and search and rescue are ongoing across the park.
