'The Lincoln Lawyer' Director To Take Part In Palm Desert Q&A

Brad Furman is set to meet movie-goers following a screening of the legal thriller "The Lincoln Lawyer" at Palm Desert's Cinemas Palme d'Or.

Director Brad Furman will participate in a “Meet the Director” event as part of a Thursday-evening screening of his latest film, “The Lincoln Lawyer,” at Cinemas Palme d’Or.

The Q&A session will take place in conjunction with the theater’s 6:30 p.m. showing of the film and is the first of two such events this week, according to a Palme d’Or spokesman.

Born in Philadelphia, Furman began his film career by breaking into the business as a personal assistant to actress Julia Roberts. His directorial debut was the 2007 thriller “The Take,” starring John Leguizamo, who is also cast in “The Lincoln Lawyer.”
