Traffic Alert: Work In Rancho Mirage On Jan. 23 To Impact Travel

PALM DESRT, CA - From Coachella Valley Water District: Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) will conduct work on Wednesday Jan. 23 that will impact traffic in Rancho Mirage from about 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m.

The work near the intersection of Bob Hope Drive and Frank Sinatra Drive will require lane closures on each of these streets and on Vista Del Sol in that area. In addition, there will be standing water on the sidewalk and in lanes.

Traffic cones and signs will designate closed lanes and flooded areas.

The work is necessary to perform maintenance on a domestic well at the location. CVWD encourages drivers to use caution and avoid the area if possible during that day.
