Two Valley Radio Faves Return to Palm Desert
Julie Buehler and Pete Fox are returning to the desert on Team1010 KXPS radio.
Palm Desert-based 1010KXPS is bringing back two former local hosts as they add five hours of local sports talk to its weekday lineup.
Julie Buehler returns with “Buehler’s Day Off” from 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.; while Pete Fox is back from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 for “On the Air with Fox and Lecair”.
“We are excited to being Julie back to the market,” commented Team 1010 Program Director Brian Jewett. “She is a polarizing talent with a lot of passion for the community.”

“Pete is a Southern Cal guy, and still has roots here in the valley,” Jewett said about Fox. Fox attended Palm Springs High and College of the Desert.
The new local-based afternoon shows begin June 3rd. They replace nationally syndicated programming from Fox Sports Radio.
