Village Pub Collecting Toys For 'Shelter From The Storm'

From Village Pub: Village Pub, celebrating 21 years in downtown, is accepting toy donations to be provided to Shelter From The Storm. While Santa and his balloon-making Elf will be at the Village Pub on Thursday, December 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. during the final donations being made, toys can also be dropped off on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight, and Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to midnight.

Enchanted Memories Parties and Rentals is a local Coachella Valley entertainment company bringing Santa and his Elf to the pub for the meet and greet, and photo opportunity on December 22. In addition, all donations made will receive a coupon for a complimentary Vanilla Cheesecake dessert to be used at their leisure at Village Pub.

Shelter From The Storm, the Coachella Valley’s only provider of emergency shelter-based services for victims of domestic violence and abuse, serves more than 700 women and children served through its residential programs. All donations will be wrapped by the nonprofit agency’s volunteers and presented at a special Christmas party for residents.
