Summer Wine Dinner Series Continues

RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. – June 5, 2015 – The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa announced an Interactive Summer Wine Dinner Series today, which includes a unique element for attendees. Guests will be treated to an exceptional experience with fun demonstrations by the chefs, on each course, while enjoying five course dinners paired with award-winning wines.

The resort’s award-winning Executive Chef Joel Delmond, along with the resort’s other featured chefs, will present exclusive dishes at each of the dinners. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the chefs while learning their techniques for creating the flavor of each course with their respective wine pairings.

“The wine dinner series this past spring was so popular that we decided to continue it into the summer, but with a different element involved to keep them interesting,” said Executive Chef Joel Delmond. “While the wine dinners allow me and the other chefs to be creative and bring a palatable experience to our attendees, we wanted to step it up a notch and offer something unique, so the summer series includes presenting the basis of our creations to the guests in a fun and interactive format.”
