WildLights Holiday Display Continues at The Living Desert

Palm Desert event continues through New Year's Eve.

PALM DESERT, CA- The Living Desert’s annual WildLights holiday festival will continue Tuesday night and remain open nightly through New Year’s Eve.

In its 23rd season, the promotion features an elaborate display of nearly 1 million lights and a variety of other seasonal entertainment.

WildLights began Nov. 24 and operates from 6 to 9 p.m. It was closed Christmas Day.

In addition to the holiday light displays, the event features Santa Claus, camel and carousel rides, train rides and other entertainment.

“WildLights is a cherished tradition here in the desert,” said Allen Monroe, president and CEO of The Living Desert. “It’s truly a magical display, guaranteed to bring out the holiday spirit in people of all ages.”

Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children ages 3-12, zoo members and military with identification. Children 2 or younger are admitted free.
