Woman Pulled from Palm Desert Hotel Pool in Cardiac Arrest

A 21-year-old woman was transported to a hospital in critical condition after firefighters pulled her from a hotel pool in Palm Desert Wednesday.

Someone reported a drowning about 11:40 a.m. at the Casa Larrea Inn in the 73700 block of Larrea Street, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

The woman, whose name wasn’t disclosed, was in full cardiac arrest, she said.
