Nearly 1,000 neighborhood signs now mark Palm Springs streets as program nears full coverage ⋆ The Palm Springs Post (thepalmspringspost.com) — Palm Springs streets are now marked by nearly 1,000 colorful neighborhood blade signs, identifying 52 officially recognized areas and making it easier to know exactly where you are in town. Led by ONE-PS with Measure J funding, the program is nearing full coverage, with remaining installations awaiting Caltrans approvals along major routes like Gene Autry Trail, Vista Chino, and Highway 111.
2. Palm Springs City Manager Scott Stiles Announces Retirement After 43 Years (nbcpalmsprings.com) — Palm Springs City Manager Scott Stiles will retire November 1 after more than three years leading the city and over four decades in public service.
