September 27 - October 25 | 10 – 11:30am A five-week meditation courseMost of us live like a balloon blown about by the wind — up when things go well, down when they don't. We chase happiness out there, trying to control people, outcomes and circumstances that were never really ours to control. The exhaustion of that effort is anxiety itself.

Meditation offers a different way — not escape, but the building of an inner life so stable that the winds of daily life simply cannot knock us over.
Over five Sunday mornings, we will be guided through practical techniques taken from traditional Kadampa Buddhist sources to help you find lasting peace from within.
What you'll discover: * How to stop fighting what you cannot change and find genuine relief * Practical tools for working with stress, expectations and painful emotions * The profound healing power of meditation and mantra — available to you right now
Taught by meditation teacher, Jennifer DeSantis
