Coach Brings New York Coffeehouse Charm to Desert Hills Premium Outlets

A shopping trip to Desert Hills Premium Outlets just got a little more stylish.

Coach has officially opened its newest Coach Coffee Shop inside its Desert Hills Premium Outlets location in Cabazon, giving shoppers a place to recharge with coffee, pastries, and a dose of the brand's signature New York-inspired personality.

The opening marks the latest expansion of Coach's growing hospitality concept, which blends fashion, food, and design into a single experience. Rather than adding a café to a retail store, Coach has created a destination that feels like an extension of the brand itself, bringing together curated beverages and a welcoming atmosphere.

Located inside the Coach store, the coffee shop draws inspiration from the classic neighborhood corner stores and diners found throughout New York City.

One of the most unique features of the Cabazon location is its connection to the local community. The interior incorporates artwork from Palm Springs-based artist Annie Bolding of Disco Day Designs, adding colorful desert-inspired art to the space while complementing Coach's recognizable visual identity.

Visitors will also notice Lil Miss Jo, the cheerful coffee cup mascot that has become a signature part of the Coach Coffee Shop experience. The character appears throughout the café on signage, drinkware, and merchandise available for purchase.

The menu focuses on specialty coffee drinks and easy grab-and-go offerings designed for shoppers looking for a quick pick-me-up between stores. Guests can choose from Coach's signature coffee blend, matcha lattes, cappuccinos, iced beverages served on tap, and lemonades. Standout beverages include the Coach Tiramisu Latte, the Strawberry Matcha and the Hibiscus Lemonade.

For those with a sweet tooth, the pastry lineup includes a rich chocolate brownie and a blondie featuring caramelized toffee..
