Improve your flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance in a supportive environment. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you:
- Increase flexibility and joint mobility
- Strengthen core and back muscles for better posture
- Improve stability to reduce the risk of falls
- Reduce stiffness and boost circulation
- Relax your mind with guided breathing and meditation
You’ll enjoy a mix of seated and standing stretches using a chair for support. All movements are gentle and can be adapted to your personal comfort level.
What to Wear & Bring
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes. Most importantly, bring your smile—we’re going to have a wonderful time!
