Police responded to reports of an injured person in an elevator there at 3:19 p.m. and found Miller dead inside with a semi-automatic handgun in his lap. Investigators determined he had killed himself. Officers checking the area then found Collins dead in a first-floor office with multiple gunshot wounds.
