Ebony Alert Issued For Missing Bay Area Teen Last Seen In February
The alert was issued for Alameda, Santa Clara, Sacramento, Los Angeles and Orange counties.

EAST PALO ALTO, CA — Authorities issued an Ebony Alert Sunday for a Bay Area teen who was last seen in February.
A'niya Maxey, 16, was last seen shortly after 10 p.m. Feb. 24 at Verbena Drive and Gardenia Way in East Palo Alto, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the East Palo Alto Police Department.
Maxey is Black, 5 feet 1 inches tall and 110 pounds, with black hair and and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black top and black pants, according to the CHP.

Authorities believe she could be in several areas of the state. The alert was issued for Alameda, Santa Clara, Sacramento, Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Anyone who sees Maxey was asked to call 911.
