Family Yoga

It is by example that parents teach positive life habits to their family. Come join certified yoga instructor Linda Adleson on Sunday mornings for a family inspired yoga class. The class will be based on traditional yoga poses which are designed to increase strength, flexibility, and provide calm. Class includes some partner activities to bring the family together in a fun and playful way. Good health habits will enrich your child's life in every way. With training and experience in a variety of children's yoga, all ages are welcome as Linda will gear the class to meet the needs of each Sunday's attendees.
