In Palo Alto: Joyful Canticles - Music of Schubert, Charpentier, and Purcell
The opening concert of the 2014-2015 Congregational Concert Series takes place in Palo Alto on Sunday, November 9 at 3:00 PM.

The Congregational Oratorio Society and Orchestra, conducted by Gregory Wait and Hugh McDevitt, performs three beautiful and joyful sacred works for chorus, soloists, and chamber orchestra. The program includes
- “Mass in C” by Franz Schubert
- “Te Deum” by Marc-Antoine Charpentier
- “Jubilate” by Henry Purcell.
Soloists are
- Lisa Salter, soprano
- Debbie McDevitt, mezzo-soprano
- Mark Bonney, tenor
- Daniel Borup, baritone
The concert takes place on Sunday, November 9, at 3:00 PM, at the First Congregational Church of Palo Alto, 1985 Louis Road (at Embarcadero), Palo Alto.
