Monday 6-8pm Speech and Debate Class for 6-8 Grade Students

On January 16th, 2017 Young Genius, Bay Area Debate Academy is opening a Congressional Debate and Speech class in Palo Alto, CA for 6-8th grade students.

The goal of Congressional Debate class is to simulate the U.S. Congress by debating bills and resolutions of current interest. Research, persuasive speaking, active listening, critical thinking, accurate and extensive note taking, and cross examination skills are all integral to the course.

This class will prepare students to compete at all Congressional debate and Speech tournaments that YG team plans to attend.
