Palo Alto Police Release Sketch of Man Who Exposed Himself To Girl, 12
The suspect said "I'm sorry" when he saw child pull out her cell during the incident as she walked her dog, police said.

PALO ALTO, CA -- The Palo alto Police Department this afternoon released a sketch of a suspect who reportedly exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl Wednesday afternoon in Palo Alto.
According to police, the girl was out walking her dog in the 2200 block of Louis Road at 1:41 p.m. when a car pulled up beside her and the driver was allegedly masturbating.
The girl told police she immediately took out her cellphone at which point the driver said "I'm sorry" and drove away heading southbound on Louis Road towards Oregon Expressway.

Police said the victim ran home and told her parent, who contacted authorities.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, with short dark hair and a dark complexion. The victim told police he was overweight, and wearing a T-shirt, and long pants that were unzipped and opened.

He was last seen driving an older, silver, 4-door sedan possibly a Honda or Toyota, according to police.
