Woman Reports Being Raped At Stanford Student Residential Building
BREAKING: Campus police are investigating the Friday morning incident.

PALO ALTO, CA – Deputies are investigating a reported rape at a Stanford University student residential building on Friday, according to the school's Department of Public Safety.
The victim told campus security that she was raped by a male suspect she didn't know at a student housing facility on the east side of the school sometime early Friday morning, according to public safety officials.
Investigators haven't released more details on the suspect or the case.

"Stanford University does not tolerate sexual assault, sexual misconduct or sexual harassment," public safety officials said in a community alert on the incident.
Any victims of sexual crimes are encouraged to report the incident to school officials.
