Accused Burglar Arrested After Returning to Steal Car
The man allegedly broke into a San Pedro home at around 3 a.m. and returning to attempt to steal a car.

A man who allegedly broke into a San Pedro home, then apparently returned to try to steal a car, was arrested Wednesday.
Raymond Medina, 20, was booked at the Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Station on suspicion of first-degree robbery and other charges. His bail was set at $200,000, according to police and sheriff’s records.
The break-in occurred about 3 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Sepulveda Street, said Los Angeles police Officer Liliana Preciado.

“The robber was believed to have broken into a home and then returned to try and steal a vehicle from the location,” Preciado said.
Officers set up a perimeter to search for the suspect now identified as Medina, and they arrested him within about two or three hours, police said.
