Do A Good Deed & Get A Free T-Shirt: Beach Cleanup Day

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA – The Recreation and Parks Department is hosting a beach cleanup at Ocean Trails Reserve on Saturday, October 14 from 9 a.m. to noon. This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer credit and learn more about the community, according to the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.

Hiking or walking shoes are encouraged, along with sunblock and a hat. Picking up trash and hauling it away will lead to a good workout – tools, trash bags, gloves, and trash-pickers will be provided.

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt. If you would like to sign-up or receive additional information, please email the Recreation and Parks Department at volunteer@rpvca.gov.
