"Drink, dine, love" is the restaurant's motto, and comes from owner Al Castan. He brings an impressive pedigree to Grill du Chateau, with his years managing Rive Gauche here in PV, and Reed's Restaurant in Manhattan Beach.

Grill du Chateau has private rooms available for special events, or cozy tables for small groups celebrating nothing in particular. Your taste might run to rich seafood and steaks or lighter fare like Lobster Bisque and a salad, but whatever you crave, Grill du Chateau will satisfy you.
