Driver Arrested After Routine Traffic Stop Reveals Loaded Gun, Narcotics: Police
The driver was arrested on suspicion of a weapons violation and multiple drug charges, according to police.

PALOS VERDES ESTATES, CA — A routine traffic stop ended with an arrest after police found drugs and a gun in a vehicle in Palos Verdes Estates, authorities said.
An officer stopped a vehicle around 11:20 a.m. May 23 for making an illegal left turn, according to police, who said the driver consented to a vehicle search. Officers found a loaded gun not registered to the driver, drug paraphernalia and multiple folded dollar bills hiding narcotics, police said.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of a weapons violation and multiple drug charges, according to police.
