RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — California Highway Patrol officers chased a potentially stolen vehicle that had no license plates through the South Bay Wednesday afternoon, ABC reported.The pursuit started near downtown Los Angeles on Interstate 110 as officers trailed behind the driver who refused to stop.
