Photography has always played an important part in the exhibition history at the Palos Verdes Art Center, and due to this rich history PVAC’s exhibitions will continue to intersect photographic based works throughout their programs and curatorial focus.  As the digital medium widens its reach into all forms of image making, the Photography Exhibition program will feature Anita Bunn, Anthony Castro, Bob Francis, Meg Madison, and Ed Martin, a diverse group of emerging and established photographers/artists who experiment and create new and innovating ways to stretch this medium into new and different approaches.

The Palos Verdes Art Center / Beverly G. Alpay Center for Arts Education, a non-profit community organization celebrating its 81st anniversary this year, has provided the South Bay with visual arts education, exhibition and outreach programming since 1931.
