California’s first and best house raffle is back for its tenth year - bigger and better than ever!  PV Art Center’s Win Your Dream House Raffle Early Bird ticket purchase deadline is set for April 6, 5pm. The Early Bird Drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 5:00pm at the Palos Verdes Art Center, Promenade on the Peninsula, 550 Deep Valley Drive, Suite 261, Rolling Hills Estates. First prize winner of the Early Bird drawing will win $75,000 cash! Again this year, Win Your Dream House Raffle offers special drawings for buyers of two or more tickets prior to the early bird deadline! Multiple ticket holders will have the opportunity to win an additional $50,000! Purchase two or more tickets by April 6 and you will be included in the multiple ticket drawings at the Early Bird and Grand Prize drawings $50,000! To be eligible for these special drawings, tickets must be purchased at the same time and in the same name (s).

 If the ticket thresholds are reached, the Grand Prize winner will win $1 Million Dollars Cash! Live the Palos Verdes dream and use the prize money to choose and purchase your own Palos Verdes Dream house, a new yacht or travel around the world! This is a cash raffle where a participant may win the cash for the purchase of his or her Dream House.

Only 20,000 tickets will be sold at $150 each – the same price as in the previous nine raffles, during which the Art Center has given away over $11,000,000 in cash and prizes to holders of more than 1,800 winning tickets. Proceeds benefit the Art Center’s ongoing visual arts education, exhibition, community and outreach programs. All 20,000 tickets must be sold for the Grand Prize winner to receive the $1,000,000 cash prize.
