Inspector Allegedly Hid Cameras In City Hall Restroom

The Rancho Palos Verdes city staffer is accused of 89 counts of Voyeurism after the hidden cameras were found in restrooms.

PALOS VERDES, CA – A Rancho Palos Verdes building inspector was arrested Tuesday on 89 counts of voyeurism after a hidden miniature camera was found in a unisex employee restroom at City Hall.

The Lomita Sheriff's Station said Andrew James Jensen, 49, of Huntington Beach, was arrested after an employee found the hidden camera on July 5.

An investigation determined Jensen allegedly put the camera in the restroom at City Hall, and at a nearby local business, the press release said. He is currently being booked and held at Lomita Sheriff’s Station in lieu of $450,000 bail.
