SAN PEDRO, CA - A man who was pulled from the water near his boat in the Leeward Bay Marina in San Pedro was identified Monday, and his death was being investigated as a possible accident, authorities said.The man was pronounced dead at the scene near 611 Henry Ford Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, said Lt. M. Oliver of the Los Angeles Port Police.He was identified today as David Castle, 62, of Wilmington, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter.Castle is believed to have lived aboard his boat in the marina, Oliver said."There were no signs of foul play.
