PALOS VERDES, CA — The missing 14-year-old boy who was last seen in Rancho Palos Verdes was found, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Phoenix Chai Amani De Rox was reported missing Thursday morning as last seen on Aug. 8, according to the Sheriff's Department. "Mr. De Rox was located unharmed and in general good spirits," Detective Mark Arana said. "He has been reunited with his family."Arana said he thanks concerned citizens for their help in finding De Rox.
