Thanks to Chandler Ranch development funds negotiated by Dale Allen and the City, along with Quimby funds from the project, the round pens at Pepperwood Park (NW corner of PVDN and Crenshaw) and Dapplegray Park (NW corner PVDN and PVDE) have been completely rebuilt with kick-proof metal panels, new footing, and new irrigation systems.
