PETTY THEFT
- Unlocked Vehicle - April 22-23, 2023, between 5 p.m. and 3:24 a.m. - 2100 block of Van Karajan Drive
- Sunglasses were taken from an unlocked car by an unknown suspect according to the Sheriff's station. No further information was available.
BURGLARY

- Residential - April 19, 2023, at 2:50 a.m. - 30000 block of Avenida De Calma
- Two people were seen leaving a home in an older model white sedan after attempting a burglary according to the Sheriff's Station. Nothing was taken and the only description given for the suspects was one was a woman with long hair.

PETTY THEFT
- Theft - April 16, 2023, between 6 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 27000 block of Hawthorne Boulevard
- A wallet, driver's license and cash were reported stolen Sheriff's Station Deputies said. The suspect was described as a Black man in his 50s who was 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. Authorities said he is bald, was wearing dark clothing and was seen leaving the location in a dark-colored four-door car that could be an Infinity.

- Business - April 16, 2023, at 10:15 p.m. - Peninsula Center
- Alcohol was stolen from an open shop at the Peninsula Center according to the Sheriff's Station. The suspect was described as a Black man wearing a gray face covering, black coat, gray shirt and blue jeans.
- Business - April 17, 2023, at 12:34 a.m. - Peninsula Center
- Candles were reported stolen from an open shop at the Peninsula Center, officials said. The suspects were described as a 10 to 12-year-old boy and an 18 to 22-year-old Black woman. Deputies said the suspects were seen leaving the store in a 2019-2021 Ford Fusion with no license plate and tinted windows.
- Business - April 18, 2023, at 3:29 a.m. - Peninsula Center
- Cash was taken from a business at the Peninsula Center after the front door to the shop was shattered, Sheriff's Station authorities said. The suspect was described as a Black man wearing a gray face covering, black coat, gray shirt and blue jeans.
- Business - April 18, 2023, at 10:40 p.m. - Peninsula Center
- Body lotions, creams, mists and candles were reported stolen from an open store at the Peninsula Center according to the Sheriff's Station. Officials described the suspect as a 20-year-old Black woman with red hair who was wearing a black face mask, pink sweatshirt and black pants. She was seen leaving the location in a black Ford Fusion, according to deputies.
- Business - April 22, 2023, at 6:20 p.m. - Peninsula Center
- Two suspects were arrested after fragrances were reported stolen from an open shop at the Peninsula Center, according to the Sheriff's Station.
- Business - April 18, 2023, at 2:16 a.m. - 500 block of Deep Valley Drive
- The glass door to a shop was shattered, after an attempted burglary according to the Sheriff's Station. No items were stolen. Deputies described the first suspect as a 5-foot-8-inch tall man with a thin build who wore a red hooded sweatshirt, white shirt, black face mask, black gloves and black pants. The second suspect was described as a man who wore a tan or yellow hooded sweatshirt, a black face mask, black gloves and gray pants and carrying a green backpack.
- Business - April 18, 2023, at 2:46 a.m. - 500 block of Deep Valley Drive
- The glass front door to a shop was shattered, after another attempted burglary according to the Sheriff's Station. No items were stolen. Deputies described the first suspect as a 5-foot-8-inch tall man with a thin build who wore a red hooded sweatshirt, white shirt, black face mask, black gloves and black pants. The second suspect was described as a man who wore a tan or yellow hooded sweatshirt, a black face mask, black gloves and gray pants and carrying a green backpack.
- Business - April 18, 2023, at 2:30 a.m. - 500 block of Deep Valley Drive
- The glass door to a shop was shattered, after an attempted burglary according to the Sheriff's Station. No items were stolen. No information about the suspect was available.
ASSAULT
- Assault - April 21, 2023, at 2 p.m. - 26000 block of Crenshaw Boulevard
- One person was arrested after a reported assault according to authorities.
There were no crimes included in the Rolling Hills crime blotter during the reporting period according to the Lomita Sheriff's Department.
