Precision Athletics Fencing Club is a premier fencing training center based in the South Bay, dedicated to developing athletes of all ages and experience levels. Our mission is to build confident, disciplined, and high-performing individuals through the Olympic sport of fencing in a positive and structured environment. We offer programs for youth beginners, intermediate and advanced competitive fencers, and adult recreational athletes. Residents were told to drink bottled water and save their receipts for reimbursement.  The affected areas include parts of Via Horquilla, Via Elevado, Via Campesina, Via Lazo and Via Somonte streets.  Officials with the water agency advised residents to check their website at <a href="http://www.calwater.com/pv-do-not-drink-notice/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">www.calwater.com/</a> or call (310) 257-1400 for updates.  The state Division of Drinking Water was investigating the incident with local law enforcement.— City News Service, photo via Shutterstock
