Parolee Suspected of Rancho Palos Verdes Burglary Known to Frequent Chatsworth, Malibu and Canyon Country
Authorities say Rakan Nabil Helo, on parole for witness intimidation, is armed and dangerous.

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA - The Sheriff's Department on Wednesday released details about a parolee who they believe committed a residential burglary in Rancho Palos Verdes, including the man's name.
Rakan Nabil Helo is Latino, 5 feet 9, 200 pounds, bald, with brown eyes, said Deputy Tina Schrader of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
Authorities believe Helo committed a burglary in the 6100 block of Arrowroot Lane at approximately 9 a.m. on April 6. Deputies dispatched to the location discovered a smashed glass door, Schrader said.

Helo is on parole for witness intimidation and is considered armed and dangerous, she said. He frequents Canyon Country, Malibu and Chatsworth.
His vehicle was described as a white and gray 1997, two-tone, four-door Lexus sedan with a sunroof and California license plate number 6GSP241.

Sheriff's Lomita station detectives urged anyone with any information regarding Helo's whereabouts to call them at (310) 891-3213.
