Second Suspect in Rancho Palos Verdes Home Burglary Arrested
Tequan Terrill Bealey, 25, of San Pedro, was arrested for allegedly taking part in a home burglary where a 90-year-old man was tied up.

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA -- A suspect was arrested Monday for allegedly taking part in a home invasion robbery last month in Rancho Palos Verdes, where a man about 90 years old was tied up.
Tequan Terrill Bealey, 25, of San Pedro, was arrested without incident at his home, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Authorities allege Bealey was one of two men who broke into the victim's home in the 2000 block of Van Karajan Drive about 10:50 p.m. on Nov. 1.

The victim, who lived alone, was found sleeping in his bedroom and was then tied up while the suspects ransacked the house, according to the sheriff's department.
The suspects left about 45 minutes later, after which the man -- whose name was withheld -- was able to free himself and went to a neighbor's home to summon help. He suffered a small laceration near his eye but the injury did not warrant a hospital visit, according to the sheriff's department.

The second suspect -- identified as Deandre LeeAnthony Brown, 29, of Los Angeles -- was previously arrested in connection with a nighttime burglary in Walnut on Nov. 4 and remains in custody, according to Capt. Dan Beringer of the sheriff's Lomita Station.
