Seen This Man? He's Accused of Exposing Himself at South Bay Department Store
The man was described as Hispanic, 20-25 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, and he had brown hair.

SAN PEDRO, CA -- Police Friday circulated a security photo of a man wanted for allegedly exposing himself to two women at a department store in San Pedro.
The crime occurred about 2 p.m. on Nov. 30, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. The name of the store was not released.
"The suspect specifically targeted the female victims, and when one of the women confronted him, he fled the store," a police statement said.

The man was described as Hispanic, 20-25 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, and he had brown hair. He was wearing a black baseball cap with the word Cali on the back, blue jeans, and a black fingerless workout glove on his right hand.
He arrived at the store on a Razor scooter that was missing a foam grip on the right side of the handle bar.
