RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA - The Sheriff's Department on Saturday said a parolee who is believed to have committed a residential burglary in Rancho Palos Verdes has been captured.Rakan Nabil Helo was captured sometime Friday night in Santa Clarita, the Sheriff's Department reported.The department did not release any further details about Helo's capture.Authorities believe he committed a burglary in the 6100 block of Arrowroot Lane at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies dispatched to the location discovered a smashed glass door, said Deputy Trina Schrader of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.Helo was on parole for witness intimidation, Schrader said.-- City News Service, photo via the LASD
