For special occasions or just for special people, dining at the Admiral Risty is a long-standing tradition.
Since it overlooks the sea right where Hawthorne Boulevard ends, you might think of it as "the last homely house," (a quote from Tolkien), and instead of Elrond, the equally charming Wayne Judah is waiting to welcome you and show you to your booth.
The Admiral Risty's specialty is steak and seafood, much of it fresh. The lounge opens a half-hour earlier than the restaurant and there's a full bar, so you can enjoy a martini before dinner.

Or plan a private party to celebrate a graduation or anniversary. The new roof is finished (finally!) and the signs are up—not that construction deterred the Admiral's many fans.
