Nothing sells a home like a desirable community, and Altadena, CA, has plenty of appeal with its "country living" vibe so close to Los Angeles. When you add in the beautiful homes, such as the one I listed and put in escrow recently, it's easy to see why people are drawn to the area.
The home I sold on Windsor Avenue was a bright-cheery home with tons of natural light and lovely outdoors space. The home also included tons of updates, a great perk for its buyers.
Moving to Altadena gives you a home in a lovely community just minutes from Old Town Pasadena, Jet Propulsion Lab, and the Rose Bowl. Los Angeles, a fifteen-minute commute from Altadena, offers more employment opportunities. Altadena itself is most notable for its horse stables and extensive equestrian trails, although it also offers a parks, swimming pools, and a golf course to entertain residents.
