Building community through Comedy

I have a unique opportunity and I’ll be asking for your help to expand the idea.

I work in the Marketing Department for The Ice House Comedy Club right here in Pasadena. My job description is Audience Development. I achieve this by booking folks for selected free shows and selected discounted ticket shows. These tickets are not available through the general box office and can only be booked through the marketing department.

I would like to take this idea a step further and use the free and discount ticket program as a way to build community. I live in East Pasadena and I would like to start building bridges between our community, small business, social groups and artists, arts organizations, etc. I would be interested in any ideas you may have on how we can build even more bridges within our community.

If your group or organization is looking for something different to do, come to The Ice House Comedy Club. If you have any birthdays or anniversaries coming up, get a group together and take in a show.  Feel free to get in touch and we can talk about booking your group and how the process works.
