The Artazan Handcraft Market returns to the Pasadena Convention Center May 16–17, bringing together over 200 independent artisans, designers, and tradespeople for a vibrant spring weekend celebrating handcrafted work, creativity, and community.
Transforming the convention center into a thoughtfully curated marketplace, Artazan offers visitors the opportunity to discover a wide range of handmade goods — from artisan jewelry and hand-thrown ceramics to textiles, fine art, clothing, home décor, and specialty foods. Each exhibitor is selected for the quality and character of their work, creating a show that feels both elevated and approachable.
More than just a place to shop, Artazan invites guests to slow down, discover, and connect. Visitors can meet the makers behind the work, learn about their processes, and find pieces that carry a sense of story and intention. Whether searching for something personal, meaningful, or simply enjoying a day of exploration, the market offers a rich and engaging experience.
A Full Weekend Experience
Artazan is designed as a complete weekend outing. Throughout the show, guests can enjoy live music performances, take part in hands-on workshops, and experience live demonstrations from participating artists. A selection of artisan foods and beverages adds to the atmosphere, making it easy to spend the day browsing, learning, and enjoying the creative energy of the event.
Inspired by the Arts & Crafts Movement
Rooted in the ideals of the late 19th-century Arts & Crafts movement, Artazan emphasizes craftsmanship, natural materials, and thoughtful design. The show celebrates the enduring value of handmade work and highlights the connection between maker and object. By bringing together a diverse group of artisans working across mediums, Artazan creates a space where tradition and contemporary design meet.
A Celebration of Handcraft in All Its Forms
Artazan encompasses handcraft in all forms, from fine art, jewelry, and textiles to artisan foods, chocolates, wines, and specialty goods. This diverse mix creates a vibrant environment where visitors can experience, taste, and discover thoughtfully made work in all its forms.
