Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Pasadena invites local women to experience Women Empowered—a fun, safe, and beginner-friendly self-defense program taught by women, for women.
This complimentary introductory class will teach practical techniques designed to help women protect themselves in realistic situations. No experience or athletic ability is required, and you do not need to own a uniform. Simply wear comfortable workout clothes and come ready to learn in a positive, supportive environment.
Choose either introductory class:
• Saturday, August 29 at 11:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, September 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Both classes begin at the start of the program’s 15-class learning cycle, making this the perfect time to try Women Empowered.
Space is limited, so advance reservations are encouraged.
