California retirees in search of high quality life at lower prices should consider 10 destinations selected by the AARP for a combination of their cost-of-living and affordable recreation/entertainment.


Topping the list is the idyllic setting of the Daytona/Deltona/Ormond Beach, Florida, area. But the list stretches from popular retirement states such as Florida to Idaho, Indiana, Colorado and Texas.
