Did That Earthquake Wake You In The Middle Of The Night?

A small earthquake epicentered in the Inland Empire shook parts of Los Angeles early Thursday morning.

PASADENA, CA — Did you wake up last night but you weren't sure what woke you? It may have been the small earthquake that jostled the Inland Empire and parts of Los Angeles County Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The temblor struck at 2:09 a.m. with a magnitude of 3.2 at a depth of 5.5 miles. Its epicenter was 3 miles west-northwest of Devore, which is near the city of San Bernardino, and 47 miles east-northeast of Downtown Los Angeles, according to a computer-generated report from the USGS.
