Found Cat (Arcadia)

Do you recognize this friendly, beautiful cat? He/she has been in my backyard for a few weeks now, located near Baldwin Ave/Foothill Blvd in Arcadia.

He's very friendly and talkative. He is not afraid of strangers, and seems to have been well cared for.

I received information from a fellow Arcadia resident which indicates that he fathered a litter of kittens near her home, but no one knows who his owner is.
