Healthy eating option headed for Old Town Pasadena

Work is under way on the new True Food Kitchen, which should open in Pasadena this summer.

When visiting Old Town Pasadena, you will soon have a new healthy eating option.

True Food Kitchen, a large restaurant chain with a healthy-eating concept, will open a location on the western edges of Old Town Pasadena at 168 W Colorado Blvd.

Healthy food with flavor

True Food Kitchen follows the anti-inflammatory diet made popular by Dr. Andrew Weil. The diet relies on whole foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, whole grains, spices, cooked Asian mushrooms and dairy.
