Man Shot to Death in Pasadena, Killer at Large

PASADENA, CA -- A man was fatally shot in Pasadena, and police Friday sought public help to solve the crime.

The shooting occurred about 9:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue, Pasadena police Lt. Jesse Carrillo said.

Brandon Douglas, 25, of Pasadena, died about an hour later at a hospital, coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter said.

"The homicide investigation is in its early stages and ongoing," Carrillo said. "No additional information is available."
